Tommy Weilbacher

Tommy Weilbacher is a Founding Partner and CEO of the Legacy Foundation Group, bringing decades of leadership in healthcare sales and business development.

Based in Ohio, Tommy has experience with both large medtech firms and startups, focusing on growth, strategy, and execution. Formerly Area VP at J&J DePuy Synthes, he earned top national honors and led a turnaround to achieve top market share. Earlier roles at Synthes included Regional Manager and Sales Consultant, where Tommy built high-performing teams.

Tommy holds an MBA in healthcare finance and a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration from Ohio University. Tommy also advises Caracal Corporation and Circular Strategy Holdings and is active in workforce development and economic initiatives across Northern Ohio.

Mimi Clark

Mimi Clark is a Founding Partner of the Legacy Foundation Group and a seasoned marketing professional based in Sacramento, CA.

With over 20 years of experience in branding, public relations, and strategic marketing, Mimi helps organizations drive growth through creative, precision-led execution. She has led large-scale institutional rebrands and executed promotional campaigns for one of the world’s leading global spirits companies.

Mimi has earned multiple industry awards and holds an MBA from Western New Mexico University, along with a Bachelor's in PR & Marketing from St. Ambrose University. She currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer for the Legacy Foundation Group.

Brandon Graves is a Founding Partner of the Legacy Foundation Group, bringing over twenty years of experience in healthcare and medical devices.

Brandon has held leadership roles at Stryker and DePuy Synthes, focusing on sales, medical education, and strategic growth. Brandon is known for driving engagement, educational growth, and operational excellence.

Brandon holds an MBA in healthcare finance from Ohio University and a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from St. Ambrose University.

Melissa Ross is a healthcare operations pro with over six years in med tech and customer experience. As the Customer Success Manager at Ospitek, she helps surgical centers boost efficiency and patient care.

A WIIC team member, Melissa thrives on collaboration and event planning, and is exploring entrepreneurship that blends business, design, and community.

Lilly Grogean

Lilly Grogean is a healthcare professional with a passion for people, innovation, and connection.

With a background in disability services and hospitality, Lilly brings empathy, adaptability, and strategic insight to her role at Legacy Foundation Group, where she focuses on consulting, marketing, and mission-driven events like The WIIC.

Lindsey Woodruff

Lindsey is a seasoned graphic designer based in Georgetown, TX, with a background in marketing, client relations, and nonprofit communications.

Lindsey’s experience includes roles with Keller Williams Realty, the Children’s Advocacy Center of Greater West Texas, and Sotheby’s International.

Lindsey earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from San Angelo University.
